About me
I am a Chartered Wealth Manager™ and Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP™) with over a decade of experience helping individuals and families make confident financial decisions.
I specialise in US/UK cross-border financial planning, working with clients whose financial lives span both countries.
Who I work with
My clients are typically:
Americans living and working in the UK
UK professionals moving to or working in the United States
Dual citizens managing finances across both jurisdictions
Individuals with pensions, investments, or income in both the US and UK
High net worth or Ultra high net worth individuals
If your finances involve both countries, standard financial advice often falls short. I provide guidance that considers the full picture across both systems.
Why US/UK financial planning requires a specialist
Financial planning across borders is significantly more complex than planning within one country.
The US and UK have different tax systems, investment rules, and retirement structures. Without joined-up advice, it’s easy to make costly mistakes.
I regularly help clients navigate challenges such as:
Managing tax obligations in both the US and the UK
Avoiding issues with investments that are not recognised efficiently across borders
Planning for retirement with pensions or accounts in different countries
Structuring finances in a way that remains efficient as circumstances change
My role is to simplify this complexity and provide clear, practical advice.
My approach
I believe financial planning should be clear, structured, and tailored to your situation.
My approach focuses on:
Understanding your situation
Your income, assets, residency, and long-term plans all shape the advice you need.
Creating a joined-up strategy
I develop a financial plan that works across both US and UK systems — not just one.
Supporting implementation
From investment structure to tax planning considerations, I help you take practical steps forward.
A more focused, personal service
I offer a more focused approach, working closely with clients who need specialist guidance due to the complexity of their situation.
This allows for:
more tailored advice
a clearer long-term strategy
ongoing support as your circumstances evolve
If your financial life spans the US and the UK
Making the right decisions early can help you avoid unnecessary complexity, reduce tax inefficiencies, and build a more coherent long-term plan.

Outside of work
I’ve been working in financial services since 2012 after developing an interest in personal finance during my undergraduate degree. My current role is a Chartered Wealth Manager at a London based Wealth Management company, who are regulated by the UK FCA and registered with the US SEC. I am personally regulated by the FCA and registered in New York as an investment adviser, having completed the Series 65 US adviser exam.
I work with clients in both the US and the UK currently provide ongoing financial advice to around 50 households through the company I work for.
I have a passion for helping clients meet their financial goals and working with them to develop a financial plan that allows them to meet their personal and financial needs.
When I’m not providing financial advice to clients, I enjoy spending time with my wife and son, seeing friends and family, exploring the countryside, playing cricket and football, practicing the guitar, visiting new places, trying to lower my golf handicap and trying to improve my cooking!
